Following the cancellation of our July show we have finally been in a position to complete the balance sheet and submit figures to the Royal Kennel club. This also now means we can invite those who entered to apply for a refund of 77% of entry fees paid.
If you do not wish to receive a refund then you need take no further action and your 77% of entry fees paid will be donated to The Kennel Club Charity Trust, whose aim is to make a real difference to the health of dogs and dog welfare, no matter what their breed or background. We will accept refund requests from Friday 21 August until Thursday 10 September 2026. Any requests received after these dates will not be accepted.

We are delighted to say that we have been given RKC permission to reschedule the Crufts qualifying classes, namely the CC classes and GCDTS Special Pre-Beginner Stakes on Sunday 18 October 2026, at Embley School SO51 6ZE. A schedule will be published shortly. We are also hoping to run the Obreedience heat alongside but cannot confirm that as yet.
